JOB SPECIFICATIONS

One year warranty from cracking-HTC
Three year warranty from scaling-HTC
HTC-High Tech Concrete
4500 PSI granite concrete mix 6% air.
Haul away all concrete & debris.
2" to 4" compacted base, all work.
Light broom finish.
Barricade, or tape off area.
Concrete cure and seal; CS309
Drain all concrete away from house, garage, or as needed to get drainage away from building.
Expansion at house, steps, walks, driveway as needed.

WALKS - PATIOS

Four inches of concrete.
Walks: Two steel rods down center.
Patios: Crisscross steel rods two foot on center.

DRIVEWAYS - GARAGE FLOOR

Five inches of concrete.
Crisscross steel rods two foot on center.
Second coat of silane base sealer to protect against salt.

STEPS - TERRACE STEPS

6 to 12" of concrete thickness.
Steps at house, drill and set rods into foundation.
Steps: 42" footings if needed.
Crisscross steel rods two foot on center.

EXPOSED AGGREGATE CONCRETE

4000 PSI 3/8" rock mix 6% air.
Acid wash surface.
Sparkle Seal surface (glossy look)

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations from the above specifications involving extra cost, will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. A. Pietig's Concrete & Brick Paving LLC. has the right to file for Lien rights against the property worked at, to collect any moneys not paid. Warranty will be void for any balance not paid. Owner to carry fire, windstorm, hail and other necessary insurance.

Warranty does not cover any peeling from chemical or deicer use. Must be notified within 60 days of any peeling. All concrete exposed to chemicals & deicers should be sealed every 3 years. NEW concrete should NOT be exposed to deicer chemicals for 2 years. Use sand. Rock pops are not peeling.
